But beyond technology, we’re a passionate, international team based in Barcelona and Toulouse, united by a shared vision of pushing boundaries and building something meaningful. Whether you’re working in engineering, operations, or legal, everyone at Pangea plays a vital role in shaping our journey.

We deeply value diversity, collaboration, and personal growth. At Pangea, we believe that varied perspectives drive stronger decisions and better innovation. No matter your background, identity, or experience — if you're curious, driven, and excited to grow with us, we want to hear from you.

Together, we’re not just building space technologies. We’re building the future — one bold idea at a time.
