We are looking for a People Generalist in Barcelona.


About the job:

You have a generalist role in our People team, managing and/or giving support in all steps of our employee journey, in all countries of Pangea Aerospace. You are key in the promotion of Pangea’s culture internally and externally and you are the main contact for employees.

Your main tasks include, among others:

Administrative:

  • Main contact for the team
  • Responsible for the administrative processes, compliance, and payroll
  • Create, implement, and evaluate all People policies and processes
  • Track the main KPI's of the department to identify areas of improvement, proposing action plans to reach the highest level of performance in the execution of the People operations
  • Update monthly dashboard and reports

Talent Management:

  • Manage training programs
  • Ensure Fundae and OPCO bonifications
  • Support managers in the selection process and facilitate employees onboarding
  • Support managers in talent and development processes


Culture and communication:

  • Promote actively internal communication and manage communication actions
  • Participate in employer branding actions
  • Manage internal surveys to seek for improvement in all processes
  • Participate in culture projects such as climate survey, recognition process, etc.

What you need to be successful:

-2-3 years of proven experience as People Generalist or a similar role.

·Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

·Fluent in English

·Proficiency in Spanish and French is highly desirable.

-Passionate about people, you demonstrate reliability, honesty and integrity in interpersonal relations.

-Structured and organized with a hands-on approach - you make things happen.

-Balance between detail oriented and overall scope.

-Great communication skills.

-Proactive: Investigate the market trends and propose regular updates to adapt to our changing environment

-Impact on business: Understand Pangea mission, vision, values and strategy to adapt People actions
