We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Toulouse:

About your job:

As Senior Mechanical Engineer, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Design and optimize the propulsion layout and components
• Design and the optimize of the rocket layout integrating the propulsion system within this layout
• Mechanical design from conceptual to detailed (GD&T and drawings)
• Release of the technical documentation for production

What you need to be successful:

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar engineering field 
• 5+ years of experience with carrying out mechanical design
• Deep knowledge of structural mechanics 
• CAD Experience, preferably using Siemens NX

• Understanding of the workings of chemical propulsion systems
• Able to read and interpret P&ID’s
• Fluent in English and in French

Other useful skills:

• Experience with design for Additive Manufacturing
• Competence in FEM for structural and thermal analysis
